A short-term rental requires work between bookings and throughout each stay. The right management package depends on the support you already have and the tasks you want to delegate—not on a promise of guaranteed returns.
1. Listing and photography
Clear photos and accurate Spanish and English descriptions help guests understand the space. Explain its layout, amenities and limitations rather than overpromising.
2. Pricing decisions
Review demand, competing accommodation, seasonality and local events when setting prices. Event dates alone do not guarantee demand for every neighbourhood or property.

3. Guest communication
Answer questions before arrival and support guests during their stay. Clear information on access, equipment and house rules helps prevent avoidable confusion.

Select an arrival method that suits the property and your package. Decide who provides access, checks the inventory and handles incidents.
