We do not offer licence applications or legal advice. Owners must confirm that their property meets the applicable requirements before starting.
Can I hire management without cleaning?+
Yes. The Online package covers listing, pricing, messaging and guest registration; you keep your own cleaning and keys.
Do you manage flats outside Madrid?+
Yes. Madrid is our base, but we remotely manage flats across Spain with local partners for cleaning and keys.
Is there a lock-in?+
No. There is no lock-in.
